Computing System Innovations and NewVision Systems Corporation Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring Comprehensive Solutions to CustomersORLANDO, Fla. (July 19, 2005) -- Computing System Innovations (CSI), a leading provider of file tracking, records management, imaging, workflow, and unstructured data recognition for Courts, and NewVision Systems Corporation (NewVision), a leader in the imaging, storage, indexing and retrieval for Official Records and Court Systems, today announced a strategic partnership that unites two of the leading suppliers of Court Records Management and Official Records Software in the State of Florida. The partnership will provide customers with integration of both companies' leading products and services. CSI's TrakMan products in use by 16 counties within the State of Florida for records management of court documents will now interface with NewVision official records and case management systems in use at 30 counties and municipalities in Florida and other states. Integration will provide the capability for counties to electronically record court documents in their Official Records System with a significant boost in productivity. Recording of court records represents about 25 percent of the workload in most counties. NewVision also announced the selection of CSI's automated redaction solution, IntelliDact™, to provide its customers with automated redaction and indexing functionality for their Official Records and Court Systems. IntelliDact will enable NewVision customers to automate indexing and redaction of private machine or hand printed information from documents, in addition to providing for full text search of the images with a Google search engine. Using IntelliDact, NewVision will ensure that customers are compliant with privacy legislation, such as Florida Statute 119.07 for both official records and court documents. "By partnering with NewVision, we have united two proven software companies that provide court and official records management for the largest counties in the State of Florida. Customers will benefit from seamless integration of our existing technology, and with the introduction of new technologies that revolutionize the way court and official records are searched," said Henry Sal, President of CSI. "We are very excited about our partnership with CSI and the opportunities it will provide our customers," said Ron Watkins, President of NewVision. "This partnership will allow us to interface our systems for court document processing and address the growing concerns of identity theft and privacy by offering our customers a comprehensive automated redaction solution.
